Delete your Sneek account
Sneek supports self-service account deletion after sign-in. Use the in-app Danger zone for instant deletion, or email us only if you cannot access the account.

Option 1 - Delete inside Sneek (recommended, instant)
- Open https://sneek.in/login and sign in to your Sneek account.
- Open your account home page at https://sneek.in/home.
- Scroll to the Danger zone section.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field and click Delete account.
- You are signed out immediately. Your sign-in access and organization memberships are removed from active systems within seconds.
Option 2 - Request deletion by email
- Email support@sneek.in from the email address connected to your Sneek account if you cannot sign in.
- Use the subject line: "Sneek - Delete my account".
- Include the email address, mobile number, and organization or app name connected to the request.
- We verify that the requester controls the account or identifier before deleting data.
- On confirmation we complete eligible deletion within 7 working days and email you a confirmation.
What we delete
Your account profile, refresh sessions, organization memberships, and personal identifiers are deleted, disabled, or anonymized. Audit records keep only a non-personal account reference so organizations can preserve security history without retaining your personal profile.
What we keep temporarily
Encrypted database backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days for disaster recovery and then roll off automatically. Security logs may be retained for up to 90 days for abuse prevention and incident investigation. Records required by law are retained only for the required period.
After deletion
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted accounts lose access to the Sneek console and related services. If your organization still uses Sneek, an administrator must invite you again to restore access.
