Sneek handles account, organization, and delivery data so teams can send trusted customer messages and manage access securely.

Data we process
- Account data such as name, email address, mobile number, organization membership, role, and sign-in events.
- Application data such as app name, website, configuration, message activity, and support metadata.
- Message delivery data such as recipient identifier, message content, delivery status, timestamps, and provider response identifiers.
- Security data such as IP address, device details, audit logs, rate-limit events, and abuse-prevention signals.
How we use data
- To authenticate users, operate the Sneek console, deliver messages, show delivery history, and provide support.
- To secure the platform, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, enforce rate limits, and meet legal obligations.
- To calculate usage, maintain service reliability, improve product quality, and communicate service updates.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the organization that owns the relevant app, infrastructure and delivery processors required to operate Sneek, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required.
Retention and security
Sneek uses access controls, audit logs, encryption, and operational safeguards to protect data. We retain account and delivery records only as long as needed for service operation, security, billing, support, legal, and compliance reasons.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your Sneek account data. If your data was sent to Sneek by a partner app, that partner may also need to process the request as the account owner for that app.
