These terms govern access to Sneek websites, APIs, dashboards, and related messaging services.

Using Sneek
You may use Sneek only for lawful transactional, security, support, and customer communication use cases. You are responsible for the people, apps, content, and recipients connected to your organization.
Accounts and access
- Keep organization membership accurate and remove access for people who no longer need it.
- Protect API credentials, session tokens, and console access. Notify Sneek promptly if credentials are exposed.
- Do not bypass limits, probe private systems, or access data that does not belong to your organization.
Acceptable use
- Do not send spam, phishing, malware, deceptive content, illegal content, harassment, or messages without a valid customer relationship or lawful basis.
- Do not impersonate another brand, misrepresent the sender, or use Sneek to evade recipient consent or platform policies.
- Do not overload the service or interfere with Sneek infrastructure, delivery partners, or other customers.
Customer data
You remain responsible for the data and message content you submit to Sneek. Sneek processes that data to provide the service, secure the platform, support customers, and meet operational or legal requirements.
Availability and changes
Sneek aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change features, limits, or integrations to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product quality.
Suspension and termination
Sneek may limit, suspend, or terminate access if an account creates risk, violates these terms, threatens service reliability, or is required by law or delivery-network policy.
