Account and service help
Email care@sneek.in with your organization name, app name, contact email, and a short description of the issue.
Privacy and deletion requests
For privacy or account deletion requests, include the email address or mobile number connected to the account. Account deletion instructions are also available at /delete-account.
Security reports
If you believe you found a security issue, email care@sneek.in with enough detail to reproduce it. Do not access data that is not yours, and do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable chance to respond.
Response expectations
We prioritize account access, security, privacy, and production-impacting service issues first. Non-urgent product questions are handled after critical requests.
